The Community Outreach and Evangelism Ministries of Friendship Baptist Church, located at 5200 West Jackson Blvd., are hosting a Body and Soul Wellness Check Health Fair on July 14th from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
There will be Prayer Warriors and Health Practitioners on site to address your spiritual and health needs. Representatives from Loretto Hospital, Saint Anthony Hospital, Westside Health Authority, Smile Mobile Clinic, Touch of Grace Hospice and Austin Health Center of Cook County will be present to provide health screenings, HIV testing, dental exams for children and breast health awareness and education.
During the Health Fair, parents will also be able to register their children for Vacation Bible School. Additionally, there will be a Real Men Grill and Real Women Bake Cook-off.
All are encouraged to attend the Body and Soul Wellness Check Health Fair. Refreshments will be served.
