The Black United Fund of Illinois (BUFI) recently announced its 2008 Living Legends awardees and the list included West Side business owners Ernest Jenkins of WACA and Jerline Lambert of Lambert’s Realty. Also scheduled for 2008 honors are educator, historian and author, Timuel Black, and Mary Finger, retired International V.P. of UFCW International Union.
